FLOWERY BRANCH – Rubye Mae Keith, 90, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2015.
Mrs. Keith was a member of The Church of God of Prophecy of Hoschton. She loved her family and enjoyed reading and watching Western movies. She was known for giving out cards. Mrs. Keith was preceded in death by her husband, Henry T. Keith; parents, Charlie and Anna Ramey; sons, Larry Keith and Bobby Keith; brothers, Royce Ramey, Charlie Ramey, and Morris Ramey; and sisters, Mildred Butler and Mary Waycaster.
Survivors include sons, Billy Keith, Hoschton, Jerry Keith and wife Sue, Pendergrass, and Joel Keith, Hoschton; daughters, Shirley Tucker and husband Ray, Flowery Branch, Pam Keith, Talmo, Sandra Thomas and husband James, Maysville, and Angela Edge and husband Randy, Maysville; sister, Imogene Mills, Baldwin; sister-in-law Mildred Ramey; 22 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and 20 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, January 31, at The Church of God of Prophecy of Hoschton, 8187 Pendergrass Rd., Hoschton, GA, 30548. The body will lay in state two hours prior to the services at the church. Interment will be held at Broadlawn Cemetery in Buford. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 29, and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, January 30, at the funeral home. The Revs. Thomas Holmes and Copeland Smith will be officiating.
