JEFFERSON – Glenda Lee Shadburn, 56, entered into rest Monday, February 2, 2015.
Mrs. Shadburn was born the daughter of the late James Lee and Mary Voyles Lee of Dahlonega, was of the Baptist denomination, and worked as a lab technician with Gibson Dental Design.
Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband, Harold Shadburn, Jefferson; sons and daughters-in-law, Terry and Tonya Shadburn and Justin and Joy Shadburn, all of Maysville; sisters, Gail Loggins (Mark), Dahlonega, Janie Cleghorn (Ricky), Gainesville, Carolyn Brown (Danny), Gainesville, and Connie Lee, Gainesville; brother, Mike Lee (Angelena), Dahlonega; great-grandmother, Eva Voyles, Jefferson; special friend, Sheila Satterfield, Jefferson.; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, from the chapel of Evans Funeral Home with the Rev. Joel Shadburn officiating. Burial will be in Evans Memory Gardens. Gentlemen honored as pallbearers are Caleb Shadburn, Jacob Faber, Brad Richards, Doug Simpson, Trevor Jones, and Caleb Bailey. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, February 3, from 6 to 9 p.m.
