ELBERTON – Hiram C. Bullock, Jr., 73, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015, at his residence.
Mr. Bullock was born in 1941 in Comer, the son of the late Hiram Cecil and Lonnie Merle Scarborough Bullock. He was the husband of Paula Foreman Bullock. He was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, and was an artist with Rattan Art Gallery of Hawaii.
In addition to his wife, Paula, survivors include a stepdaughter, Jennifer Suddeth, Athens; and grandson, Walt Eaves, Atlanta.
A memorial service to celebrate Mr. Bullock’s life will be held Saturday, February 21, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Hicks Funeral Home, with Rev. Stuart Lang officiating. Visitation will be at 1:30 p.m., prior to the service.
