LOGANVILLE – Kathleen Turner James, 82, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2015.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Lawrenceville and was a retiree of DeKalb County school system food services. Mrs. James was preceded in death by her husband, John E James, Jr.; parents, Jewel and Zelma Turner; sisters Lois Bice, Dot Moncrief, and Carolyn Culpepper; and brother, Abbie Turner.
Survivors include three children and their spouses, Terri and John Arledge, Grayson, Kevin and Julie James, Johns Creek, and Pamela and Scott McDonald, Lawrenceville; a sister, Martha Armstrong, Suwanee; and five grandsons.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 22, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Lawrenceville, with the funeral immediately following at 11 a.m. Interment will be at the Greenville City Cemetery, Greenville, Ga., at 4 p.m.
