DANIELSVILLE – Bue Darise Fowler, 76, died Wednesday October 14, 2015.
A native of Madison County, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Ora Bratcher Chandler. Mrs. Fowler was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Chandler; and sister, Betty Chandler. Darise retired after working over 30 years as a nurse and was a member of Anchor Bible Church.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Landon Fowler, Sr.; three children, Ted (Pam) Fowler, Colbert, Jeff (Sharon) Fowler, Hull, and Kathy (Alan) Chandler, Jefferson; sister, Rebecca Shaw, Hull; six grandchildren, Linda Fowler, Lauren Tucker, Ashley Lord, Bradley Mann, Carly Chandler, and Anna Chandler; and two great-grandchildren, Abbigail Bentley and Hagen Lord.
Funeral services will be held held Friday, October 16, at 2 p.m., at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, Danielsville, with the Rev. Barry Black officiating. Interment will be at Danielsville Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 16, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
