WINDER – David Adams Binnion, 75, passed away Monday, February 1, 2016, at his residence.
A native of Texas, he was the son of the late Hank and Irma Adams Binnion. Mr. Binnion had lived in Barrow County since 2000, and was a former resident of Monroe, Ga., and Wichita Falls, Texas. He was an engineer with Duck Head Apparel. Mr. Binnion had attended Calvary Baptist Church at Carl.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Mote Binnion, Winder; daughters, Dana Binnion and Laura Binnion, both of Denton, Texas; grandchildren, Marlow Abrams, Lenexa, Kan., and Aaron Binnion, Benton, Texas; brother, Barry Binnion; and sister, Sue Bork, both of Wichita Falls, Texas.
The family will receive friends Friday, February 5, from 5 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 6, at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Dr. Brian Swafford and Mr. Doug Swafford officiating. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
