Ventura Reyes, 95, passed away Friday, January 24, 2014, in the Parks Nursing Home and Rehab. Center in Orlando, Fla.
Mrs. Reyes had retired from West Little River Elementary School, where she was a lunchroom attendant. She used to be for many years a member of the Winder First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose M. Reyes.
Survivors include daughters, Carmen Yurk, Josephine Kutcher, and Sandra Almeida; sons, Tony Coto, Jose Quiles, Victor Quiles, and William Reyes; 20 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28, in the Smith Memory Chapel. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the hour of service.
