WINDER – Horn Chan, 102, died Thursday, August 9, 2012.
A native of Cambodia, she was the widow of the late Choeurb Bou, and a daughter of the late Chan Peb and Yim Vapoun. She had resided in the United States since May 10, 1982 and was a member of First Cambodian Baptist Church of Winder. She was a homemaker. Mrs.Chan was preceded in death by two sons, Chouen Bou and Soeum Bou.
Survivors include daughters Yem Chourn and Yady Chan Lim; and a son Chhet Bou.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 12, at 11 a.m., at the First Cambodian Baptist Church of Winder with the Rev. Hiem Sara officiating. Burial will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday from 10:30 to 11 a.m. at the church.
