BOGART – Mary Hazel Perry Seagraves, 74, passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2014.
Mrs. Seagraves was born in Bogart, the daughter of the late W.C. and Eula Frances Davis Perry. Mrs. Seagraves was a homemaker and attended Mt. Tabor Baptist Church. Mrs. Seagraves was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Edward Seagraves; a son, Rickey Seagraves; and granddaughter, Gina Seagraves.
Survivors include a son, Steve Seagraves, Statham; caregiver, Sallie Harper, Nicholson; two brothers, Billy Perry and Alonzo Perry, both of Statham; five grandchildren, David, Michael, Amanda, Tiara and Chris; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday May 4, in the chapel of Evans Funeral Home with the Rev. Doyle Sims officiating.
Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, was in charge of arrangements.
