WINDER – Sarah Austin, 78, died Thursday, May 8, 2014.
A native of Madison, County, she was the daughter of the late ODell Gray and Dora Kellum Gray King. Mrs. Austin was retired from the University of Georgia in food service and was a member of Midway Christian Church.
Survivors include children and their spouses, Wayne (Sherryl) Austin and Keith (Elizabeth) Austin; grandchildren, Caleb Austin, Colton Austin, Desiree Middlebrooks, and Bethany Austin.
Funeral services were held Saturday May 10, at Midway Christian Church. The Rev. John Birchfield officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Smith Funeral Home, Winder, was in charge of arrangements.
