BALDWIN – Vickie Lois Painter Foster, 75, passed away on Monday, November 10, 2014.
Mrs. Foster was born in Dawson County, the daughter of the late William Roosevelt Painter and Grace Ellen Whitmire Painter. She had 33 years of service with Mt. Vernon Mills. Mrs. Foster was preceded in death by three brothers; and one sister.
Survivors include her husband, Gerald Foster, Baldwin; daughters, Teresa Irvin, Alto, Joel and Lynn Stewart, Cornelia, Michael and Yvonne Gibby, Cleveland; three sisters; two brothers; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
No formal services will be held at this time. The family will receive friends at the home, 223 Light St., Baldwin, GA 30511, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Arrangements are in the care of Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin.
