ROYSTON – Joseph Scott Roach, 38, passed away on Monday, February 23, 2015, at his residence. Mr. Roach was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Neal Roach.
He was born in Athens on July 17, 1976, the son of Kenneth D. and Mary Duffel Roach of Royston. He was a poultry farmer and of the Baptist denomination.
Survivors in addition to his parents include daughters, Kenzie Roach and Charleigh Roach; brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Michelle Roach, Carnesville; and nephews, Eli and Sam Roach.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25, at the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Kevin Vaughn and Jamie Dove officiating. Interment will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Royston. The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home from 7 until 9 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24. The family is at the home of Kenneth and Mary Roach.
Flowers are optional. Memorials may be made to a trust fund at Northeast Georgia Bank for his daughters, Kenzie and Charleigh.
