JEFFERSON – Geraldine Bridget “Geri” Woodward, 64, passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2012.
She was born in Bayonne, N.J., the daughter of the late John and Mildred Desena Murtha. Mrs. Woodward was employed with Eastern Airlines as a flight attendant for 23 years and was preceded by her husband, Gary E. Woodward.
Survivors include a daughter, Greer Woodward; son and daughter-in-law, Gary D. and Carrie Woodward, all of Jefferson; sister Joan Kalinowski, Monroe, N.C.; brother, Andrew Murtha, Union, N.J.; and grandchildren, Carson and Olivia Woodward.
Funeral Services will be held Monday March 5, at 12 noon in the chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Father Terry Crone officiating. Interment will follow at Evans Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 4, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
