COMMERCE – Hugh Lee Archer, 62, died Sunday, March 4, 2012 at his residence.
Mr. Archer was born in Commerce to Runelle Hooper Archer of Nicholson and the late Ralph Archer. He was retired from Seaboard Farms.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife, Brenda Thomas Archer; daughter, Shannon Mooney; and son, Matthew Lee Archer all of Commerce; sisters, Kathy Archer of Nicholson and Nancy Bond of Royston; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Tuesday, March 6 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Stowers officiating. Interment will follow in Howington Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, March 5, from 6 to 9 PM.
