WINDER – Jerry Wayne Adams, 61, died Thursday, January 16, 2014.
A Barrow County native, he was the owner of Adams’ Garage. He was the son of R.L. Miller of Winder and the late Bertha Wilbanks Miller.
Survivors in addition to his father include his wife, Becky Adams, Winder; children, Terry Joe Adams, Michael Dwayne Adams, and Jeremy Blake Adams, all of Winder, and Melissa Ann Adams, Auburn; four grandchildren; sisters, Debbie Bratcher, Becky Miller, and Patricia Ritchie, all of Winder.
Funeral services were held Saturday, January 18, from the chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Pastor Tommy Baker officiating. Interment was in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
Carter Funeral Home, Winder, was in charge of arrangements.
