HULL – Betty Jean Presley, 74, died Thursday, November 13, 2014, at Kennestone Hospital.
Mrs. Presley was born in Lawrenceburg, Tenn., the daughter of the late Lee Edward and Cornelia Lorine Martin Dooley. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Presley was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Judge Presley.
Survivors include children, Annette Presley and Carol Gulley, both of Hull, Dallas Presley, Dale Presley and Robert Presley, all of Commerce, David Presley, Springhill, Tenn., and Timmy Presley, Danielsville; sisters, Barbara Cates, Lineville, Tenn. and Joyce McBride, Colombia, Tenn.; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 16, in the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in Indian Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from noon to 2 p.m. prior to the services.
