HOMER – Wilma Lynette Blackwell, 94 died Tuesday, December 16, 2014, at her residence.
Mrs. Blackwell was born in Maysville, the daughter of the late Clyde Preston and Ada Lee Mullinax Eberhart. Mrs. Blackwell was a member of Gillsville Baptist Church and was a homemaker. Mrs. Blackwell was also preceded in death by her husband, Enoch Broadus Blackwell.
Survivors include a son, Keith Blackwell, Dacula; daughter, Nancy Sims, Homer; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, December 18, at 2 p.m., from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Waters officiating. Interment will follow in Grove Level Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, December 17, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday, December 18, from 12 to 2 p.m.
