NICHOLSON – Elaine Highfield, 68, died Monday, December 22, 2014, at her residence.
Ms. Highfield was born in Athens, the daughter of the late Grady and Mazelle Dye Miller. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include children, Michell Pierce and Brent Stephens, both of Nicholson, and Chad Highfield, Commerce; a brother, Michael Miller, Nicholson; sister, Janice Miller, Nicholson; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, December 24, at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Revs. J.D. Sosebee and David Strickland officiating. Interment will follow in Howington Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, December 23, from 6 to 8 p.m.
