COMMERCE – Barbara Alice Dale, 75, died Monday, February 9, 2015, at Pruitt Health Athens Heritage.
Mrs. Dale was born in Maysville, the daughter of the late Tom and Alice Brown Veal. She was a member of the Baptist denomination and was retired from Liberty National Insurance Company. Mrs. Dale was preceded in death by her husband, William Howard “Billy” Dale.
Survivors include sons, Derek Dale and Clay Dale, both of Jefferson, and Todd Dale, Commerce; daughters, Kim Cochran, Maysville, and Kay Hardy, Jefferson; ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, February 11, at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Manus officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, February 10, from 6 to 8 p.m.
