DANIELSVILLE – Berma Sue “Mammie” Jordan Smith, 93, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2015.
Ms. Smith was the daughter of the late James Pledger and Lula Cheek Jordan and was the widow of Early Watson “Bunk” Smith. She was a retired cook with Bills-N-D’ville.
Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Cox, Comer, and Betty (Odis) Powers, Danielsville; three sons, Louie (Carol) Smith, Athens, Michael (Donna) Smith, and Danny (Connie) Smith, all of Danielsville; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday April 25, at Ivie Funeral Home in Danielsville Chapel with the Rev. Herman Nations officiating. Burial will follow in the Danielsville Memorial Gardens.
